Joining hands with Ho Chi Minh City to shape and develop strategic projects

Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc, delivers his remarks.
Chairman Nguyen Van Duoc commended the Group’s contributions to urban development in the City. He emphasized that the merger and expansion of administrative boundaries not only provide greater space for growth but also present significant challenges in restructuring urban infrastructure, transportation, energy, housing, and public services. These efforts must ensure inter-regional connectivity and sustainable distribution of population and production. Given these demands, Ho Chi Minh City is keen to collaborate with capable partners who possess international experience and a long-term strategic vision—such as GS E&C. The City looks forward to working with the Group on planning and executing strategic initiatives, particularly in key transportation infrastructure, smart urban development, social housing, green energy, and renewable energy projects.
