GS E&C announced on the 14th that it has signed a contract with Kakao Enterprise (CEO Sang-yeop Baek) to use Kakao i Connect takk which will provide customer services for apartment sales through Kakao Talk.
'Kakao i Connect Talk' is an AI-based business platform that combines Kakao Talk channel and chatbots. In the future, Kakao Talk will provide sales/contract/payment/occupancy/customer inquiry (A/S) services to GS E&C's Xi customers simultaneously. Its strength is that the user access to pre-sale services with the ubiquitous and convenient Kakao Talk, in addition to conveniently using Kakao Talk's own authentication module without complicated sign-up procedures.
With Kakao Talk , user can access information regarding pre-sale locations and apartment, and to make advanced booking for free sale consultation and contract signing date. After the sale, the user can use the service for accessing move-in information and booking move-in date, as well as the confirmation of pre-sale payment and move-in plan, and inquiry intermediate payment. After moving in, the user can also apply for after services and check the details of the after services application.
