In the future, GS E&C will be able to utilize Kakao Talk to handle customer services during apartment sales, such as sales consulting for Xi apartment, payment of intermediate payments, and guidance for move-ins

GS E&C announced on the 14th that it has signed a contract with Kakao Enterprise (CEO Sang-yeop Baek) to use Kakao i Connect takk which will provide customer services for apartment sales through Kakao Talk.

'Kakao i Connect Talk' is an AI-based business platform that combines Kakao Talk channel and chatbots. In the future, Kakao Talk will provide sales/contract/payment/occupancy/customer inquiry (A/S) services to GS E&C's Xi customers simultaneously. Its strength is that the user access to pre-sale services with the ubiquitous and convenient Kakao Talk, in addition to conveniently using Kakao Talk's own authentication module without complicated sign-up procedures.

With Kakao Talk , user can access information regarding pre-sale locations and apartment, and to make advanced booking for free sale consultation and contract signing date. After the sale, the user can use the service for accessing move-in information and booking move-in date, as well as the confirmation of pre-sale payment and move-in plan, and inquiry intermediate payment. After moving in, the user can also apply for after services and check the details of the after services application.

Another feature is that it has become much smarter than existing chatbots. It accurate grasp the user's intention and presents the answer accordingly. Kakao i Connect is equipped with advanced ML (Machine Learning) technology, so it has superior sentence recognition/comprehension capabilities than existing chatbots. There for it is possible to clearly grasp customer question and provide appropriate answers by grasping the context even is the question itself is not frequently asked question.

For example, the user cannot only check the information by tapping a menu item such as 'Sale Guide' or "Moving in Guide" in the chatbot, the user can also make a spoken request such as "Would you like to tell me which apartment you are selling?", and the chatbot will be able to respond accordingly.

GS E&C Youtube channel "Xi TV" has more than 240.000 subscribers, the largest in the construction industry and is the first in the construction industry to broadcast  model houses, live on the internet. The chatbot services is scheduled to be available to customer starting from April.
